PARKING:  The San Diego Black Film Festival is held at downtown San Diego's Horton Plaza. 
Horton Plaza Westfield Shopping Mall is located at 4th & E Street, or Broadway at 4th Avenue. 
Regal United Artists Theatre is located on the 4th and 5th floor levels.  Note: Horton Plaza offer
three hours free parking with validation.  Validation is free.  Simply insert your parking ticket in
any of the various parking validation kiosks located throughout Horton Plaza.  CAUTION: Each minute after three hours is very expensive.  Consider arriving early and seeking-out
free parking on the streets if you plan on attending the festival longer than three hours. 
Or consider taking the bus or Trolley.

DRIVING: Take I-94 West, to downtown; I-5 South to downtown; I-5 North to downtown;
or 163 South to downtown.  To park, head west on F Street in downtown (F Street runs west only). 
F Street will run directly into the Horton Plaza parking Garage.  Park at any level. 
Then take the elevator or walk into the mall from the level you parked.     

WALKING:  The entrance to the San Diego Black Film Festival at Horton Plaza is, E Street at 4th. 
Take the escalator up. Make an immediate left.  Then walk a few steps,  or take the elevator to the 4th floor.  If you take the elevator, the door will open at the box office.
